Dentist
Dr Ban Sabary graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Baghdad in 1999. Having moved to Australia in 2022, she advanced her knowledge with a Postgraduate Diploma in General and Preventative Dentistry from Queensland University in 2004. Known for her clinical precision and compassionate, patient-centred care, Dr Sabary has accumulated extensive experience in private practices across Victoria. She is a highly regarded cosmetic dentist, renowned for her expertise in smile makeovers, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening and bespoke smile design.

Outside of work, Dr Sabary leads a balanced life, drawing inspiration from her passion for the arts, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

Dentist
Dr Thiago Rossi Da Silva graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from King’s College London in 2012 and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Plymouth in 2016. He began his career as a general dental practitioner in the UK before relocating to Australia in 2019, where he has since practiced with GMHBA. Thiago is passionate about prevention and minimally invasive dentistry.

Dentist
Dr Vianna Neal graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Distinction from James Cook University, Cairns. She is passionate about ensuring patients feel comfortable and well-informed. Vianna is attentive and provides comprehensive dental treatment with a gentle and caring touch.

In her spare time, Vianna loves spending time with her family and immersing herself in music and the arts.

Oral Health Therapist
Krystal graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from RMIT University in 2015, followed by a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2018. In 2019, she broadened her practice scope, with a focus on adult care. Krystal is passionate about empowering patients through education and providing a supportive environment for those with dental anxiety.

Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending time with her beloved dogs, Max and Louie, embracing the simple moments that bring joy and balance to her life.


Dentist
Dr Adrian Carr graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2001. He started his career in Shepparton before joining Geelong Dental Care in 2005, which became GMHBA Dental in 2017, where he has been practicing ever since. Adrian provides all aspects of general dental care with a focus on patient comfort and care.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys playing tennis, staying fit, and supporting his kids in their sporting and school activities.

Dentist
Dr Anna Stokes graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Bristol in the UK in 1995. She worked initially in a general family practice in Somerset, UK until relocating to Geelong at the end of 1999. Anna has since lived and worked in Geelong except for a period as the on-board Dental Officer for three QE2 world cruises. Anna enjoys all areas of dentistry and the continuity of care that general practice provides. She feels privileged to have been able to provide dental care for multiple generations of families in Geelong.

When not at work Anna loves travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Dentist
Dr John graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney in 1987. After serving as a Captain in the Royal Australian Army Dental Corps, he has worked in nearly every conceivable branch, location and type of dentistry. This has included working as a Surgical Assistant to specialist Oral Surgeons for several years. Dr John has held four Senior Governance roles as well, most notably as the National Senior Dental Officer of a large global health service provider. He spent two years as a Lecturer at Griffith University teaching Clinical Dentistry and served on the ACT Dental Board.

John has now settled in Geelong to be near family and friends and his beloved Geelong Cats.

Dentist
Dr Shilpa Dhawan graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University in India in 2013 and passed the Australian Dental Council exam in 2021. Dr Shilpa has worked in Tasmania and across Melbourne before joining GMHBA. Supporting patients to manage their dental anxiety is her top priority.
Dr Shilpa is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care with a holistic approach.

Outside of work, Shilpa enjoys traveling and yoga.

Dentist
Dr Yoonjae Choi graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University. He enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and is passionate about enabling patients to preserve their natural teeth. His calm, easy-going nature helps anxious patients feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Outside of work, Dr Choi enjoys running, rock climbing, and playing guitar and piano.

Dentist
Dr Terry Chao graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia in 2015. He has since practiced in both non-profit and private clinics across regional areas, gaining valuable experience treating a broad range of dental conditions. Terry strives to provide quality dental care with understanding and kindness.

Terry enjoys exploring new places and new craft beers at the local breweries.
Terry speaks English and Mandarin.

Dentist
Dr Ng completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Sydney in 1994. She has worked in public and private sectors in NSW and overseas in Malaysia before relocating to Victoria. With over 30 years of experience, Dr Ng enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a passion for oral health promotion and prevention of dental diseases.

- Oral appliance therapy for sleep breathing disorders (snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea)

Outside of work, Sook enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, bike riding and bush walking.

Dental Hygienist/Therapist
Narelle graduated with a Diploma of Applied Science (Dental Therapy) from the Dental Therapy School in Melbourne in 1991, followed by a Diploma of Oral Health Therapy from the University of Melbourne in 1999. Prior to joining GMHBA, Narelle was a Clinical Educator with Latrobe University Bendigo. She has more than 30 years of experience across a variety of places.

When not at work, Narelle enjoys gardening, doing jigsaw puzzles and reading.
