At GMHBA, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) streams are essential to promote a culture of respect, fairness, and opportunity for all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or experiences. Across these streams, we are committed to fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, equitable opportunities are provided for growth and development, and inclusive practices are embedded in all aspects of our organisation. 

Reconciliation

GMHBA understands that reconciliation is a journey that requires reflection, honesty, and compassion and, most importantly, integrity of intent.  

Our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) represents our commitment to honouring the past and working together towards a brighter future.

LGBTQIA+

At GMHBA, we are dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community by fostering an inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. Through initiatives such as formalised training, the celebration of key events, and the implementation of inclusive policies, we actively work to create allies and ensure that everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feels valued, respected, and empowered. 

Neurodivergent

We are dedicated to championing neurodiversity by actively supporting our neurodivergent employees through tailored adjustments, a neurodivergent employee group, and a range of additional initiatives aimed at creating an inclusive, empowering, and supportive environment for all. We encourage applicants of current roles to disclose their reasonable adjustments as required.
