My Activity Passport

Welcome to the GMHBA My Activity Passport

At GMHBA we are here to support our members and community to be healthier together. One simple way to be healthier is to increase your physical activity levels.

Why a challenge to increase physical activity?

Most of us could do with a little more exercise in our week. We might lack motivation, find exercise boring or lack the confidence to try something new. This challenge aims to reduce these barriers in a fun and free way.

What is involved in this challenge?

The GMHBA My Activity Passport is a four week member only challenge being held throughout May 2019. Register online and receive a downloadable passport with the details of the free classes and participating venues. Your passport will be stamped by each participating venue, and if you try at least three new venues, you could be in the running to win a prize. You will also receive weekly e-newsletters with tips on health advice.

What classes are available?

There are a range of different activity options available including gym, group fitness, Pilates, yoga, dance and circus. See the full list of participating venues below.
