Get active and kick start the New Year with GMHBA’s Fitness and Yoga Sessions!

Come along and join us for a 6 week program that will help you get active and feel great.

This is an exclusive offer free for GMHBA members only.

It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is, our trainers will provide you with the right exercises to ensure you are getting the most out of the session. The sessions will consist of a variety of exercises including running, boxing and skipping, core strength exercises and stretching just to name a few and will accommodate a variety of fitness levels.

The sessions will kick off on Tuesday 10th February and conclude on Saturday 21st March.
