GMHBA Eye Care is committed to making sure you have the right products for your eye care needs. If you have any questions about the fit or feel of your products, please visit one of our stores for a conversation with one of our qualified Optical Dispensers.
You can return any frames purchased through GMHBA Eye Care for refitting or a clean for the lifetime of the frames. We provide this extra service to ensure your glasses always perform to the highest possible standard.
At GMHBA Eye Care, we want you to be happy with your new lenses no matter what. We know that sometimes a new prescription or a new style of lens may not feel quite right when you first wear them. This could be part of getting accustomed to the assistance provided by the lens, as your muscles no longer have to compensate.
But sometimes changes can be made to frames to make your eyes more comfortable. These changes may include altering the fit of the frame, arms or bridge, or shifting the focal point of the lens.
If you have any issues with a new lens or any questions at all, please visit your nearest GMHBA Eye Care store to discuss things with us.
If your prescription has altered and you have unopened packets of contact lenses purchased from one of our practices, please contact your local GMHBA Eye Care practice to see if they may be exchanged for your updated prescription. The contact lenses need to be in saleable condition, with a reasonable period before expiry and packaging unopened.
As with all purchases made through GMHBA Eye Care, if your purchase doesn’t fit the intended purpose or is faulty, you are protected under consumer law and your product will be fixed, replaced or exchanged for a like product or reasonable compensation.
