It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is, our trainers will provide you with the right exercises to ensure you are getting the most out of the session. The sessions will consist of a variety of exercises including running, boxing and skipping, core strength exercises and stretching just to name a few and will accommodate a variety of fitness levels.
