Free Fitness Sessions for GMHBA members in Geelong

Exercise is a great way to stay physically and mentally fit and at GMHBA we want to provide you with the knowledge to help achieve your fitness goals.

Training in a supportive and fun environment is a great way to shake up your exercise routine and our friendly trainers match all exercises to your fitness level to make sure you get the most out of your workout.

The sessions will consist of a variety of exercises including running, boxing and skipping, core strength exercises and stretching just to name a few and will accommodate a variety of fitness levels

90% of participants from previous sessions rated their fitness level as improved and now say they are motivated to set new goals and fitness challenges.

Bring a Friend

Do you have a friend or family member who would like to get involved but isn't a GMHBA member? There will be three selected sessions where you can bring a friend or family member along to enjoy a free session with you

The sessions will kick off on Tuesday 2nd August and conclude Saturday 10th September. Registration is essential as places are limited.

Session Times

  • Tuesday morning 6.30 am - 7.15 am
  • Thursday evening 6.00 pm - 6.45 pm
  • Saturday morning 8.00 am - 8.45 am

What to bring

  • Wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear
  • A water bottle

Meet the trainers

Renee Fuller

Renee Fuller

Renee Fuller is the owner and operator of Fullerlife personal training. Renee has been working in the personal training industry for over 6 years and has certificate 3&4 in fitness, a diploma in fitness and is studying a Bachelor of Health Science to become a nutritionist.

Over the last 4 years Renee has worked with local football clubs, schools, rehabilitation clients and special need clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Renee has a passion for running and has completed several marathons and ultra-marathons. Renee uses her own dedication and drive as she strives to encourage others to find their focus and achieve personal goals while delivering results.

Renee has been successfully running the GMHBA fitness sessions for the last 2 years.
