Join a GMHBA product with AIA Vitality and receive your membership. Activate your AIA Vitality membership and start earning points by completing activities to learn about and improve your health. The more activities you engage in the more points you accumulate, the higher your AIA Vitality status and the greater the rewards and discounts.
Through a mix of simple online and in person assessments, including going to the dentist and understanding your diet, you learn about your current state of health and earn points to build your AIA Vitality status.

AIA Vitality is a personalised, scientifically-backed health and wellness program that supports you every day to make healthier lifestyle choices. It shows you how healthy you are now, provides the tools to start improving your health right away, and offers great incentives to keep you motivated along your journey- including lifestyle rewards, and savings.
You can have 2 adults with an AIA Vitality membership under a family policy, and 1 adult with an AIA Vitality membership on a single policy.
AIA Vitality points can be accumulated by participating in various activities to know and improve your health and wellbeing. These points all contribute to your AIA Vitality status. The more activities you engages in, the more points you accumulate and the higher your AIA Vitality status.
An AIA Vitality status is carried over to the next membership year and benefits and discounts will be based on this status. Although the status will be carried over, the points will drop to zero at the start of each AIA Vitality membership year and members will need to earn points again in order to maintain their status.

Gold 20,000 to 29,999 points
Platinum 30,000 or more points

Yes, as long as one of the AIA members on the policy reaches Silver Status in their first 12 months and remain on an eligible health insurance product you will maintain your discount for another 12 months. If silver status is not reached by this time, the Vitality status discount will reduce by 2.5% each membership year to 0% in year three.

You will need to join GMHBA Health Insurance on an eligible product to access the AIA Vitality program.
Yes you can cancel your AIA Vitality membership, however as we have designed the AIA Vitality products to integrate with the AIA Vitality program so you may find one of our other health insurance products more suitable to your needs.
Access to your AIA Vitality membership will continue to be available for up to 6 months during a suspension. This includes the ability to earn points, status and be eligible for rewards. Post 6 months, the membership will be terminated. Overseas suspensions for health insurance policies can last for up to 3 years, however the AIA Vitality membership will be terminated after 6 months.
