You can 'Skype™ Us' from anywhere in the world for free (excluding ISP costs). GMHBA is the first Australian Health Fund to enable Skype™ calls directly into our Australian Customer Service Centre.

Important information regarding Skype™ and your security

1. Always use the 'Skype™ Us' link on the GMHBA website when contacting GMHBA via Skype™, do not add, store or search the Skype™ directory for GMHBA
2. There is only one official GMHBA Skype™ account "gmhba.health.insurance"
3. GMHBA will never contact you to request personal account information via Skype™. Do not respond or provide this information to any such requests and report these via email to service@gmhba.com.au
4. If you would prefer to use the 'Skype Out™' capability, you may use the GMHBA dedicated VoIP number  +61 3 5202 8655
5. GMHBA's Skype facility is available for voice calls only.
