As a not-for-profit, mutual organisation, our primary concern is looking after the interests of our members. We seek to keep our expenses low, maintain margins which are just enough to ensure our long term success and offer open communication between the fund and its members.
At GMHBA, every member is important to us. We believe that in order to manage your fund in the best possible way, we need to listen and understand the needs of all members.
We currently cover over 200,000 Australian’s with health insurance. Our health fund has continually grown and, although of medium size, we are still one of the leaders in terms of value for money and service.
