HICAPS - Electronic Claiming Terminal difficulties
Some members may be experiencing difficulty with claiming at their provider via their GMHBA card. Unfortunately the problem is not within GMHBA's control and we are unable to say when it will be fixed.
In the meantime, to receive your benefit refund please:
- visit one of our branches, or
- download and complete a claim form and send this along with your accounts/receipts to:

We will endeavour to process your claim as quickly as possible. Please note you will receive your payment more quickly if you are registered for Direct Credit which can be done by downloading this form and returning it with your claim.

Are you a new GMHBA member?

- Making changes to your contact details, including addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.
- Making changes to the people covered on your policy, including adding new people.
- Making a payment with your Mastercard or Visa credit card.
- Changing your level of cover.
