Regional Manager
Due to our continued growth and ongoing success, GMHBA is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales and management professional to join our successful team.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and a member of the leadership team, your primary focus in this position will be ensuring member satisfaction and growth through effective management of the regional branch network.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales and service activity within customer facing operational teams
- An existing community and business network within the Victorian Goldfields
- Highly developed people management skills
To suit the successful candidate this role could be based in either Ballarat or Bendigo.

Product & Marketing Analyst
GMHBA is now looking for an experienced product analyst to support the marketing and positioning of our value for money product range.
Candidates will need to be experienced in data analysis ideally across a range of databases and software systems, including exposure to analytical models, forecasting and data mining techniques.
The role requires excellent numerical ability, problem solving skills, mature influencing techniques and an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
A strong desire and ability to meet very strict deadlines and project management hurdles is necessary, along with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
