With summer just around the corner, now is the perfect time to get outdoors and get active with GMHBA’s fitness and yoga sessions for members.
With GMHBA’s new and improved 6 week training program we will give members all the motivation needed to improve health and wellbeing in a fun and friendly environment, locally.
Registration is a must. Hurry places are limited.
